Gathering

The Gathering series is a comment on society and responds directly to my interaction with fellow human beings. The metaphorical figures arranged in a cluster or grouping create an interdependent physical form. One relies on the others to stand upright which evokes the nature of family, friends and society as a whole congregated to form alliances and make a stand.
